Mr. Levinson is Chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company, the storied development firm he founded in 2000. Known for such iconic Manhattan properties as 425 Park Avenue, 195 Broadway, 390 Madison and the reimagined Terminal Warehouse, L&L Holding also delivered Wynwood Plaza, a one million square-foot mixed-use development in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
As Chief Executive Officer of L&L Development Company, a privately-held real estate company committed to developing, owning and operating dynamic mixed-use communities across the Sun Belt region, he oversees a growing pipeline of projects highlighted by Cape Coral Grove, a 131-acre outdoor town center in Cape Coral; 460 Fern, a world-class luxury apartment and retail tower in West Palm Beach; and The Vias, a mixed-use development on the Bradenton waterfront.
In addition, Mr. Levinson is Chairman of L&L Infinite, the development company he co-founded with Marty Burger to pursue office, residential and mixed-use projects in New York and Florida.
Over the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Levinson has received numerous accolades for his work within the real estate industry, as well as in the areas of civic and environmental engagement. Notable recognitions include Developer of the Year by the Greater New York Construction User Council (GNYCUC), REBNY Commercial Management Executive of the Year, and the Environmental Champion Award by the New York League of Conservation Voters. In 2023, The Skyscraper Museum celebrated Mr. Levinson’s vision and success at 425 Park Avenue with the Notables New York – Making New York History Award.
Under Mr. Levinson’s leadership, L&L’s world-class properties have consistently earned praise across the real estate, design and construction fields. Among its many achievements, 425 Park Avenue has been celebrated with CTBUH Best Tall Building awards, as well as design-focused achievements from MIPIM, NYCxDesign, and Commercial Property Executive.
