Nicholas Gomez

VICE PRESIDENT

In his role as Vice President, Nicholas Gomez supports L&L Development Group’s efforts to source, negotiate and close new acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Nicholas leads underwriting efforts, including preparing financial models, joint venture offering materials, and investment recommendations. He also supports L&L’s capital raising and manages relationships with the firm's investors and joint venture partners.

Prior to joining L&L, Nicholas was a Senior Financial Analyst at Penn-Florida Companies. While there, he led financial reporting for an operating portfolio of more than 2 million leasable square feet and managed compliance across a debt portfolio of over $800 million. He also worked on the $335 million recapitalization of the Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton and led the $51 million sale of South City Plaza, a 190,000-square-foot office building. Before Penn-Florida Companies, he was a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap's Greenberg Hotel Group, where he underwrote more than $600 million of select-service, limited-service, full-service and extended-stay hotels. He was part of the team that closed more than $40 million in hotel sales across Florida, Texas, and Washington D.C.

Nicholas graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate, and cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys travel, sports, and investing.
