Nicholas Gomez

ASSOCIATE, ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT

In his role as an Acquisition and Development Associate, Nicholas Gomez supports L&L Development Group’s efforts to source, negotiate and close new acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Nicholas is responsible for preparing financial models, joint venture offering materials, and investment recommendations for L&L’s senior management.

Prior to joining L&L, Nicholas was a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Milichap’s Greenberg Hotel Group, where he underwrote $600 million worth of select-service, limited-service, full-service, and extended-stay hotels. These efforts led to more than $40 million in hotel sale transactions across Florida, Texas and Washington D.C. Earlier, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Penn-Florida Companies, where he led the financial reporting for an operating portfolio in excess of 2 million leasable square feet and ensured compliance on a debt portfolio of over $800 million.

Nicholas graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Finance and specialization in Real Estate, and cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University. He is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys travel, sports and investing.
