Michelle Najera

PROJECT COORDINATOR

As Project Coordinator at L&L Development Group, Michelle Najera manages all of the administrative and task functions that support the construction management process for the company’s major projects.

Michelle has been a key contributor on some of Florida’s most significant development projects, including the Palm Beach Zoo and Cox Science Center and Aquarium in West Palm Beach, and Gordon Ramsay’s new Downtown Miami restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen.

Prior to joining L&L, Michelle was an Estimating Coordinator at RCC Associates, a South Florida-based General Contractor specializing in high-end commercial construction. She also spent time as an Intern Project Coordinator at GAST Construction.

Michelle studied Construction Management at Broward College and Palm Beach State College. She enjoys playing the piano and attending baseball and soccer games. She is currently learning to speak French and Portuguese.
