Michael Christiano

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Michael Christiano brings over four decades of experience managing major commercial and residential projects to L&L Development Group. As Senior Project Manager, Michael is responsible for planning, implementing and executing L&L’s development projects, as well as overseeing and directing construction teams.

Michael coordinates with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure that jobsite safety and quality control are maintained. He also works with government agencies and utility companies to secure necessary project approvals and permits.

Over his extensive career, Michael has helped shape a wide range of signature projects in Florida and New York, including the Marco Island Airport, the Broadway Crown Plaza Hotel and the renovation of the famed Carnegie Hall. He served as Senior Project Manager at several leading industry firms, most recently at Florida-based West Construction Inc., a general contracting, construction management and architecture firm that specializes in commercial, retail and municipal government construction. Michael also spent time with Blumenfeld Development Group, BD Development, Demot Properties, Bravo Contracting, Triangle Equities, RC Dolner and Tishman Construction.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He enjoys traveling and is an avid ice hockey player and golfer.
