Cindy A. Cruz

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Cindy A. Cruz brings more than 16 years of experience in the fields of commercial real estate and law to her role at L&L Development Group. As Development Director, Cindy focuses on all aspects of the company’s Cape Coral Grove outdoor town center project, which will bring new residences, offices, open space and retail to the region. Cindy also assists with building and managing L&L’s growing pipeline of Florida projects, while helping to expand the team and lend support on other corporate and project- related tasks.

Prior to joining L&L, Cindy spent four years at Wallick Communities, most recently as Senior Development Manager. In this role, she oversaw site evaluation, selection and entitlement processes, as well as provided initial underwriting and direction to the design and construction teams. Prior to Wallick Communities, Cindy was an Assistant Director at Frontier Community Services. There, she analyzed market conditions and played a key role in preparing development concepts and evaluating financial and market feasibility. She also spent time as an Assistant Claims Council at Stewart Title Guaranty Co. and a Senate Advisor in the Puerto Rico Senate.

Cindy earned a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico.
