Led by Florida development veteran Jim Zboril and David Levinson, who also co-founded and serves as CEO of storied New York City developer L&L Holding Company, L&L Development Group utilizes vision, insight and experience in pursuit of great places to live, work and visit across the Sun Belt region.
Founded in 2021, its current portfolio includes Coral Grove, a 131-acre outdoor town center that will bring new residences, offices and diverse retail options to Cape Coral, and 460 Fern, a world-class luxury apartment and retail tower in West Palm Beach.
